Porting to vodafone with expansys...
currently have my PAC code and am looking to swtich from o2 to vodafone on a deal i've spotted with expansys.
i'm sure i've heard that porting to vodafone is a bit tricky but have no idea why..
would i inform vodafone when i got the handset (before switching it on etc) or is it something i have to sort out with expansys.

Information on porting into Vodafone can be found at the below link. I'd perhaps use this to make sure with Expansys when the deal is taken out that it's your current number that gets set up on the contract and not a new connection: http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/index.cfm?go=help.keepYourNumber0
