Not Tescos but WHSmith clearance have some 'educational' gifts quite cheap (£2.49 for 2) - light up circuit and I can't recall exactly what - bought some for school xmas fair!
  • Hi, just got back from P&^L Co%rwa*l - one lonely playdoh little thing for 10p... managed to get DTD on the Princess Bumper School Stationary Set that I think some are getting on here for cheap, SEL stated £9, went through at £18 - who in there right mind would pay £18 for this I do not know but for free will come in handy for the shoe box appeals at Xmas..... barcode was 5012128330728

AND IF THE TESCO TROUT THAT KEEPS TALKING ABOUT ME TO STAFF AND EVEN SECURITY TODAY...... Well....... HELLO ... I'm doing nothing at all wrong....and get on with your job...

That store's staff have to be the worst in the company! Dreadful service everytime I go in there! Had a girl one day sigh and tut very loudly because she had to put down her magazine to serve me!

  • Hi guys, apologies if this isn't the right thread but just been to Mr T in w*st D*rrington and bought 2 packs of 12 felix mixed selection pouches, SEL says 2 packs for £6 but they went through at 2 for £5 - so works out £2.50 per pack - not a massive saving but every little helps :)

    Are you shouting at me?

I thought it was obvious I was being sarcastic - they are entitled to a refund of what they paid, they paid precisely nothing...

Not shouting at you, it wasn't obvious that you were being sarcastic. no.

And whether or not they paid anything for the item... they are still not 'entitled' to any sort of refund.

Or are you being sarcastic again!!!

Small DTD. Was at CS when I saw a customer getting DTD on a fresh pineapple. She had bought this http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=255230763 expecting it to be £1.00...

...but was charged £1.87 ie the same price as this http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=260905678

The supplier has probably mixed up the barcodes.

So she got £1.74 back, making the pineapple 13p.

Thanks for that, glad it's just not me... :)
