  • Can anyone help me use the tesco price checker....everytime I put in the details at the bottom as message comes up saying

"Please select a date no earlier than Saturday, November 19, 2011. Unfortunately receipts from more than 28 days ago aren't available for checking."

The receipt I am checking is the 14/11/11, and the 4/11/11

any ideas what I'm doing wrong??

  • Hello All.

Just starting to dip my toe into the tesco stuff (I should have done it sooner) and just a few questions.

I've read the first few posts and think it's one of those things you understand when you've been reading a while. But is there an 'alerts' thread for tesco misprice's as well, or just this one (feels the need to duck and run for cover as I feel i'm hitting a sensative topic) :D

Is DTD - Double the Difference? If so i don't suppose anyone knows of a link to the idiots guide for this?

And, lastly, does anybody make extra pocket money on this type of stuff by selling on the goods? Just woundered

oh oh, not wait, there's one more.

If I see a mistake, bob into my tesco to see if it's on and scan the item, what if the deals been rectified. What does everyone do? just say, na, don't want it now.

Thanks, sorry the the zillions of questions.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

yes thats them although the pic doesnt show a sander in it but it is that bundle. i found them on the next isle to the tools by a reduced section but they were priced at £35 but scanned at £1.25. they are in a white box with tesco power force DIY on it and has a orange stripe around the box. hope this helps. make a cheap but expensive xmas pressie if you get me!:D
  • thank u ;)
