For duplicate reciept u need to know what time u were in at, how u paid and if u used clubcard it speeds it all up. Mine found and printed in 10 mins:D

Problem with duplicate reciepts is that they come out on normal A4 paper and are very easy to copy.
You can get a copy of your receipt at time of purchase if you ask the checkout operator and then it would be printed on normal till receipt paper. I do this for electrical stuff I buy just incase I damage or loose the original.
BTW you can only get a copy of the receipt for a limited time, used to be 28 days after purchase but think it might be down to 14 days now.If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -

Down to just 7 days now!!
Thanks, will have to remember to get a duplicate one if I'm buying gifts.
Phoned head office and was told there that we shouldn't have had a problem getting a refund using the duplicate reciept, they gave me a reference number for the store to quote when contacting them as they couldn't get an answer but the manager refused to ring them or come to tell me himself why he was refusing a refund just that he wasn't!
I rang the number from my mobile they finally spoke to the CS girl who again told them that it was the managers decision and only he could authorise the refund at this point and why couldn't I just go to the store they were bought from!! Eventhough I'd already told them that I'd have to get 2 if not 3 buses to take me there cause my car was in getting fixed.
It took a lot of complaining from me and telling the guy on the other end of the phone that they wouldn't even get the manager to come down to tell me himself before CS gave in and called him to come down. Only took him 20 mins to get to me after this!
He took the phone when I asked him to speak to HO, spoke for a wee while then hung up on them!! Then told me that they couldn't make him give me a refund and nothing or no one would make him and to go to the other store cause he wasn't gonna budge.
I feel a major complaint about him will be winging its way to HO about Nick from Knocknagoney.
PS - he's moving to Newtownards or Bangor store by the end of the month so beware he's worse than a woman with PMT:p

Just got DTD at my local tesco, sel said 2 for £3 on large cadburys bars but went through at 1.97 each making it £3.94 for 2.
Got DTD back without any problems so works out at £1.03 a bar!
New to this but hope this helps someone :-)0 -
I bought my daughter a disney princess oral b electric toothbrush this morning. The SEL said 9.99 and thought this was a bargain compared to boots who are selling the same brush for 17.50 @ 1/2 price.
I was charged 17.50 so i went to customer services and got dtd so a refund of 15.000 -
I bought 12 rivway sausages SEL £2.00
They went through at full price £4.39
I went back to double check the label then went to CS for my DTD
However when she went to look, came back and said no label there!!! Obviously she must have taken it off because checked one minute before! Trout!
Anyway might be worth looking out for at your local0 -
You should always go with them.0
