Depends which your talking about? DTD in store goodwill refund policy has not ended, the asda price comparison DTD has.

Ok thanks for that, that explains why ... Its asda whos stopped it.
I bought a book at tesco £14 and it was £12 asda. I submitted my receipt details into the tesco website and the email came back as N/A. I rang tesco to ask why...they said they didn't do it anymore. Haha thought I'd made a couple of pounds! Lol

  • charged £40 for a Bakugan helios toy which was stickered at half price £20. After a lengthy wait the CS handed me £20 cash, so i pointed to the big blue sign and politely mentioned DTD. The CS apologised and handed over the other £20. This was in B*lls*ill.

Tesco stopped DTD but in the case quoted (book at £14t -v-£12a TESCO would still give you a voucher for (just) the differance JTD.

However, the [price comparrison between Tesco and Asda doesnt always work for some reason so take the book back to tesco and go buy it in asda.

The person at Tesco who said they dont do that any more was wrong...otherwise why would you be able to enter the price checker at tesco online???
