Sounds right to me.car is scraped.
my insurer paid my for my scrapped car.
the other insurer must confirm that it was their client's fault.( that what i've been told)
i should pay my monthly instalment's and wait for my policy to end(10 months)
Nothing wrong with that, IMHO.
I know you feel that you should stop paying your monthly instalments, but sorry to say that IMHO you must keep paying.
Do you have any legal cover?
if so, maybe get them to try and recover your remaining instalments from the other insurer.
