Dial a Phone Insurance Issue

I purchased two HTC Sensations on a 24 month contract with Orange through Dial a Phone as the deal was cracking, nearly £30 cheaper per month for the two that o2 offered me to upgrade. Anyway, as expected they 'gave' me a free trial of their tech help people and their insurance. Now, I cancelled the tech help and kept the insurance because it was going to be £0 per month as you can see here


You would never guess, but I was charged £6.99 twice (once per phone) on 18th Aug and again today (£27.96 in total). After 45 mins on the phone to them they will not honour the £0 per month and are arranging a refund.

By the way, both letters have the correct address on there as well as the IMEI codes that match our phones.

Now, what do you think I should do? Push to get the cover for £0 as stated or go back under the rock I crawled out from?

They'll state it was an error, and they'll be allowed to do so as long as you are not materially disadvantaged. My arranging the refund, they have done this (and will of course, cancel the policy). I would expect that there may be some wriggle room for customer goodwill, but although insurance is a product, it remains a virtual one, and even if the £0.00 was argued to be correct, they could increase it at any time - so pursuing them would be of limited use.
