I seem to be having a problem since lodging the plugin I can't seem to get back in using my workdpress loging....any ideas ?

The SEO plugin has nothing to do with the dashboard.

Just click on forgot your password and then run a malwarebytes scan just incase you're been infected.

Hi I got back in and I have now worked out some keywords, title description for the home page. However there seems so many options below and I am not sure what to change and what not too. Any suggestions

Also this seems to be for the Home Page but what about the other pages on my website ?
