Catalogue Charges ? - Help

Hi all, just want a bit of advice please, have been trying to reclaim catalogue charges, ie £12 for a letter or a phone call etc

I know this is probably a silly question but i have had my final response from them saying i cant claim as i had been told about the charges, so is that right? Even if i was told that does it still make them ok?

No its not the insurance, its the charges they put on for late payment, payment reminder letter, things like that

I think its still claimable, and maybe they will know more about this on the reclaiming charges thread below, good luck with this.;)
