At long last Black Horse have paid. Checked my bank account today to find they had credited it with the last calculated amount. I am happy now. MBNA and Black Horse have paid up and FOS are looking at the default that Capital One applied to my credit record incorrectly.

Wine in fridge and crisps in cupboard all ready for the toast. I rang yesterday and a welsh girl asked me how I was! I nearly burst with that one. Anyway, she said there was noone I could be put through to to speed this farce up. Dead End as usual. Still a promise is a promise so I can only wait and wait and wait - like everyone else on here.

You will hear me whoop with utter relief and joy when the money lands!!!!
