Reporting someone, how much info is needed?

  • It is really sad but unfortunate that some relatives even really close family members are quite happy to financially abuse other vulnerable family members (elderly, disabled etc). Where moneys involved some people have no morals etc

If the family member is unwilling to report theft of money from her bank account there is very little that can be done.

You could report the individual for claiming carers and not receiving it however it the mother is contacted and says she receives the care again little can be done.

Very sad but some people really don't "care" - good luck with whatever action you take. However if the personal is unable to deal with financial affairs due to dementia etc the police might be interested?
