OK Here's mine. It's a bit odd coz the only night I will get home early enough to cook from scratch this week is Friday (I hope). I knew this month would be busy so had already filled the freezer with HM ready meals, and they taste great!
I allocate about 5 mins to lunch preparation (not counting getting the breadmaker going) and no more than 15 mins to do additional fresh vegetables to go with my ready meals. I know that sounds daft but if I get home at 8pm I want to have finished dinner by 8:30/845 if I can so as to be able to do other stuff. I use the convection oven setting on my microwave for re-heating as it is so much faster.
Bread, butter, soups and sauces are all HM. I use frozen yorkshires though.
Sunday - salad, Pasta with Bolognaise sauce (in slow cooker now)
Monday - Pork roast ready meal (roast spuds & parsnips, mashed swede), apple sauce, cabbage and a yorkshire pud
Tuesday - eating out (it will be noodles or similar)
Wednesday - bacon and beans on toast Fruit (eat out on Wed lunchtimes)
Thursday - Mushroom soup and bread then Hummus crudites
Friday - Stir fry veg (Use up day) with some quorn pieces and noodles.
Saturday - Beef, parsnips and mushroom ready meal with mini jacket spuds peas and corn
Lunches are left-overs, HM butties or cheese, fruit and oatcakes.
Breakfast is porridge or toast. My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead
Proud to be a chic shopper
