Uuuurrrgggghhhh!!!! I have had a right rough day with the jolly old lupus.:(
But.... I had the bath plug and wash basin plug out and cleaned them - they're not the usual rubber bung-it-in-the-hole plugs, they're the fancy ones where you press down the centre to operate them, and they were well gunged up! A good soak in vinegar and a poke about in the mechanism with a cocktail stick followed by a good scrub with an old toothbrush got them nice and clean, though.:)
Other than that, I've been flat on my back on the sofa, unable to do much more than poke around on the netbook - but have got routes, list of attractions (with distances from hotel) and packing list all up to scratch.
I may get online while we're away, but not certain. There's wifi at the hotel, but I don't know how much time I shall have to use it, iyswim.
Normal Flying will (I hope) resume on Monday 3rd October.
Oh, and for those who celebrate it, Mabon Blessings.:beer:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Morning All
Well the WM is on, the kitchen is like a bombsite as the kids decided to make cookies while I was upstairs doing another application form and all the downstairs needs hoovering. My mate is coming over this morning, I'm picking her up after I've done the school run so won't get much done then so I'll just have to see what I manage to get done later.bonnie_bumpkins wrote: »juliejim: how did the interview go?
I suppose I ought to attempt washing these dishes which are all stuck up with cookie mix which doesn't want to come off!

Good morning
Last night after the boys had gone home (they were so LIVELY last night!) I walked the dog with DS, put dinner on, cleared up after dinner, washed up, put on DW & then chilled. I am only one episode behind on Holby now!
DS took the dog for a walk before school this morning :T (Fridays are a busy day for me workwise). Miss T is here, and i am waiting for Little Miss Sunshine. i need to put some washing on if I can before we go to Play group/toddler group.
I am hoping to catch up at the weekend.
Hugs & spoons to those that need them, esp LW, Dragon & Elmo0
