Hey there
I'm embarking on a PPI reclaim mission and I'm starting with a Sainsburys one that definitely had PPI.
However I'm not sure where to send it to? The London address or the Chester address?
Also, am I right in thinking all I need to do is fill in that questionnaire with all the details including agreement number and then send off?
Thanks very much.

Hi vlad06,
I have just closed my Sainsbury's credit card after paying it off with my Natwest PPI refund! Fill in the FSO questionnaire copy it and send it to both addresses:
Sainsbury's Bank PLC
33 Holborn
London
EC1N 2HT
and
Card Services
Pitreavie Business Park
Dunfermline
KY99 4BS
I had issues with them and complained to both addresses. It worked as somehow it got to the right person. Don't give up and good luck!0 -

Was told I had to have it or loan could not be accepted.0 -
Was told I had to have it or loan could not be accepted.
The difficulty with that is everybody is saying it as a reason for upholding the complaint. It thus becomes difficult to know who is telling the truth and who is not.
I am not saying you are not but there needs to be some kind of evidence to support your assertion.0 -
I had a loan with Sainsbury's and sent my questionnaire to the Chester address, it was then forwarded to Bank of Scotland and I got a reply within 10 days, saying they are gathering evidence and investigating.
I guess either address will do whether it be a loan or credit card claim, it will get passed to the correct people, good luck.Successes

MBNA £3,600 Paid

You'er welcome, vlad too, I sent mine in towards the end of August and new guidelines state they have 16 weeks to decide and reply.
Like magpiecottage says, you need to put a strong case forward, don't miss anything out, any hard evidence you are in possession of that backs up your case needs to be photocopied and sent with your questionnaire. What was your employment status at the time, what benefits would you have got from work during illness or redundancy, throw as much as you can at them and back it up if possible, above all be honest with yourself

Also entitled to full sick pay too. Would that be enough? As well as me not wanting it yet being told I must have it?
Thank you0 -

Thank you
It would help your case if you were entitled to 6 months full and 6 months half pay as the PPI would not of been of any advantage to you in that case. If you are building your case on just the fact that you were told you must take PPI you will probably have to rely on recorded telephone conversations or transcribes of such still being kept on record by Sainsbury's. Was your application done by telephone, internet, in person or application form or a mixture? Do you still have any paperwork?Successes
