Glad we have a new thread - I didn't even want to post on the old one!!

Coupon wise, nothing new here.

(Got some 'sorry' coupons from McVities after we had a rogue batch of Digestives - 5 x £1 so I'm chuffed. Just need the tea coupons then it will be tea and biccies all round! :beer:)

Hi All, thank you for all the amazing coupons you find, I have only recently found this thread and benefitted from some great savings, but i thought I would share what happened to me on Friday in my local Mr T...

So had my biggest wad of coupons to date 2x Shreddies, 2x Soup, 1x Dr Pepper, 2x Aunt Bessies, 1x Domestos, 2x Walkers, 1x Ambers...had bought everything above, said to the Cashier (who was lovely!) I have bought everything I am giving you a coupon for, and I double checked expiry date/rules of each one if I have got them wrong, I apologise...she replied, "I am sure they are fine but I have to call Manager", well my stomach hit the floor, waited what seemed a lifetime for Manager to arrive (she was also lovely), she apologised instantly and said right - what have we got here, I told her quickly everything on my shopping list - took all of 1 minute, she said everything is fine, go ahead, she then turned to me and said "I am so sorry I have put you through that but earlier in the week someone bought £400 worth of shopping and after coupons paid £67 and left the store"...then they discovered "all the coupons were fraudalent" and so Tesco have issued a new policy that all coupons now need to be checked by a manager...
