well that did'nt take long for my request to get ignored
just removed loads of posts that either asked for COPIES of coupons via PM/Email
links to some freebies
also some posts about hosting copies on Google Docs, which is also not allowed
if you quoted any of the above , even if the rest of the information was useful on your post , had to be removedEx forum ambassador

Good shop at A's today - lovely SA who didn't bat an eyelid at my coupons or when I made his till freeze up
Not so happy with T's - refused to take my Co-op £1 off wys £10 coupon - saying they don't accept coupons that don't scan - despite me having an email from HO stating what they do take and the fact that I used a Boots one on Friday. Practically had to unpack my bags to prove I'd bought everything I had a coupon for
I'll be calling CS tomorrow - last time they did that to me I got lots of lovely clubcard points (as my OH embarrassingly announced instore:rotfl:)
Starting to worry as I need more ink :rotfl:0 -
Isnt that 70p with voucher, not 50p?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Hello all, hope you are well.
FYI for those who know; my daughter is well now and home with my wife. Thanks for all your messages (from the previous thread.)
Just a little question/request.
I visited the Co-Op for a couple of bits the other day and the lady who served me I think it was 2 weeks ago, informed me that 'I should not bring any more internet coupons into the store because they don't accept them because they could be photocopies. I said oh well I looked online and it says you do accept them, to which they said they had phoned head office and they said not to accept any more vouchers or coupons from the internet unless they are specifically for the co-op.'
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Also, Flash and Detol is on offer for £1.50 in wilko's and they are huge 1.4 litre bottles.
Glad your daughter is doing better now
As for the Coop here is a copy of the email I recieved from them on 01/09/2011Thank you for your recent email and please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused by the refusal to accept internet coupons in your local Co-operative store.

Historically the Group has refused to accept these coupons due to the I.T. system being unable to recognise them and disputed repayments from the providers.

However our Marketing department have recently reconsidered the position and our stores have been briefed on the issue from March 2011 to accept internet acquired coupons. If you could advise which store it was that you experienced the difficulty with, I would be glad to look into the matter a little further for you.

I hope that this information is to your satisfaction and if I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Just had a great shop in Mr A's, although no colegate left on the shelf! For those the the 'perle de lait' from the frubes, Mr A has them on offer for £1.50 making them 50p with coupon. Only 1p more than at Mr T, which I think is close to ending. Just another option x
Domestos in Mr A has 33% extra with the 50p unilever off making it 50p each.0 -
