Where did you get the coupon? The one on the beforeIshop site doesn't work.

Went to Asda earlier and got accused of photocopying when I used 2 comfort vouchers to buy 2 bottles of comfort pure. I tried explaining it was a PDF voucher but he wasnt having any of it. I was tempted to just leave all my shopping and go to morrisons on the way home but I'd wasted 20 minutes arguing with him already. Does anyone know whether it is best to telephone the service team or email them to make a complaint. Thanks.

as its a fresh start and due to recent problems the following is not to occur in this thread

To print just the coupon and nothing else.
Save the pdf to your computer, open it then...
Tools > select & zoom > Snapshot tool
use the mouse to draw a box round the part you want (it goes blue)
Click 'OK'
Then click print.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who finds the coupons and posts advice on this thread, it's amazing. Been to A's today for a few bits and saved quite a bit with the coupons i've printed off, could of saved an extra £3 but forgot to use 2 coupons and picked up the wrong size dettol spray but hey ho. Didn't manage to get the dettol no touch dispenser because when I asked the sa she said they'd taken it off the shelves because it was scanning at £1 but it would be back once the problem was sorted. Anyway don't know if this helps but they had 54 wash bottles of persil non bio for £5, £4 with the £1 off coupon, think this is the best value one i've found so far.

I've just started using coupons thanks to this thread and the last one so thanks OP you have saved me money and it's really helped me at a very bad time - long story but OH only got 1/2 of his wages this month so has left us very short but at least DD now has cereal for the month!! Its made me mad reading some posters on the Grabbit board boasting about buying hundreds of something using coupons it's just greedy which then means others who might really need something can't get it
