  • Just got back from asda and had to wait for 5 mins at the till while they check could I use my 2 colgate vouchers. Apparently they have been told that they have to keep a look out as people photocopying the safe coupons. Also they are not allowed to put a strike through them either as they won't the money back if they have a strike through them. The girl on the till had taken £80 worth of vouchers and crossed through them all and had to put the money in herself as they wouldnt pay out on the coupons. All worked out fine in the end

    :eek::eek::eek:
    That's shocking, surely not her fault if nobody told her!

    The few times I've used MOC's in the Coop they always do that!

    I used these a couple of times without the pic, just the coupon with no problems. I just chatted to them and said I don't like the new style coupon .:D

  • Hello all, hope you are well.
    FYI for those who know; my daughter is well now and home with my wife. Thanks for all your messages (from the previous thread.)

    Just a little question/request.
    I visited the Co-Op for a couple of bits the other day and the lady who served me I think it was 2 weeks ago, informed me that 'I should not bring any more internet coupons into the store because they don't accept them because they could be photocopies. I said oh well I looked online and it says you do accept them, to which they said they had phoned head office and they said not to accept any more vouchers or coupons from the internet unless they are specifically for the co-op.'

    Has anyone else had this happen to them?

    Also, Flash and Detol is on offer for £1.50 in wilko's and they are huge 1.4 litre bottles.
