best win in 2011:eek: 4 nights in Las Vegas
    2011 wins £8,752.00
  • Nervously crept into Mr S today, armed with both the 49p and the £1 Sacla coupons. :o I know it's cheaper at Mr T, but it would cost me more in petrol to get there than what I'd save!

I had a few other bits, so went to an SS till, put my things through, including my solitary jar of sauce, then my 2 coupons, and was thrilled when they were accepted! :j

Thank you very much to the OP.

    Hi everyone,
Well I am haPpy to post that I have just come out of Asda after having my Comfort, Persil and Dettol coupons all scanned without a question. All he did was called the Supervisor over to override the till as I had more than 4 coupons.
Never got any Colgate as shelves were bare!!!
I feel so much better after that trip, it was so pleasant so I obviously got a SA who was having an off day ;)

Thank you for the new thread by the way :)

Hi All, thank you for all the amazing coupons you find, I have only recently found this thread and benefitted from some great savings, but i thought I would share what happened to me on Friday in my local Mr T...

So had my biggest wad of coupons to date 2x Shreddies, 2x Soup, 1x Dr Pepper, 2x Aunt Bessies, 1x Domestos, 2x Walkers, 1x Ambers...had bought everything above, said to the Cashier (who was lovely!) I have bought everything I am giving you a coupon for, and I double checked expiry date/rules of each one if I have got them wrong, I apologise...she replied, "I am sure they are fine but I have to call Manager", well my stomach hit the floor, waited what seemed a lifetime for Manager to arrive (she was also lovely), she apologised instantly and said right - what have we got here, I told her quickly everything on my shopping list - took all of 1 minute, she said everything is fine, go ahead, she then turned to me and said "I am so sorry I have put you through that but earlier in the week someone bought £400 worth of shopping and after coupons paid £67 and left the store"...then they discovered "all the coupons were fraudalent" and so Tesco have issued a new policy that all coupons now need to be checked by a manager...

    hi there everybody:j
    I'm new here.
Thanks to you and ur hard work I did very good shopping for less than usual in the past 2 weeks :T
Unfortunately yesterdays trip was a nightmare! It wasn't even coupon trip just regular shopping with exactly 3 coupons .It was in 24h T around 23.30 on self service till. My Walkers coupon didn't scan, very nice shoping assistant told me "it's all because it is a copy" .it wasn't a copy ,I just doesn't have a good printer :(.
I said "Ok, so I wont use them" I thouth everything is going to be ok but somehow the till was blocked -like FOREVER...All the other people on self service tills were furious, because the poor assistant was trying to unblock my till and they needded assistance too. I said :"Go on, help other people" , OMG I feelt so guilty! My husband was furious as well , he said" It's just not worth it!".:(
  • I have just had my laptop back, it has had to have a new hard drive and windows reinstalled. I thought I'd be able to print the coupons again (with a new email address) but it still says print limit reached
september wins - toshiba laptop, timotei shampoo & conditioner, mccains games, pimms picnic blanket.
october wins - grants tumblers, £20 petrol voucher, sega console, iphone
novembers wins - £50 on walkers rainy day, £50 itunes voucher
    march wins - dog treats
  • Huge thanks to everyone who contributes to this thread.

Just back from a modest freebie/coupon haul in town ...

    2 x This Water
    1 x Shreddies (first one I've found!)
    1 x Campbells soup
1 x Crabtree and Evelyn free gift from a coupon received in the post

Coupons scanned at full price in Mr T's & Mr S's so got an extra 75p off my shopping. Returned home to more coupons in the post :) and found a H&M giftcard I'd forgetton about which still has £11 on

Things are tight at the moment so these coupons are very helpful!
  • which coupons are you trying to print BB

  • welcome to the thread mila
sorry to hear about last nights trouble, just remember not every shop will be like this
and yes its well worth it, my tesco shop yesterday for example
£44.84 down to £1.21 with various coupons

so as you can see its well worth it just takes alittle courage, practice and know how
