my reply from Burgess re the £2 excel voucher,

Dear Claire

Thankyou for getting back to us with this feedback and we're sorry you've had a difficult experience. We've passed on this message to a member of our team who looks after this area and asked them to get in touch with XXX and explain what to with the vouchers.

Our voucher terms and conditions state that they must be redeemed against products from The Excel Feeding Plan, in which case, the remaining amount doesn't have to be deducted from the remainder of your shopping bill- I would advise that this is at the retailers' discretion.

We always redeem coupons to the retailer at the full value, so the retailer would receive the full value back.

You're right, the retailer needs to retain all of the vouchers and send them to our coupon handling house (the address for them to send to is on the terms and conditions).

So it's the retailers decision, they either make 51p on £1.49 purcahses or I get 51p off rest of bill

are there any retrictions for example i notice its from a newspaper website so is it resticted to that area
plus do you have Exp. date?
