Many thanks to the kind OP who posted the link for the BHS coupons. :T DH and I had Fish & Chips, and peas for free, with good ol' tap water, then had a wander round the shops, returning to BHS for the Afternoon Tea for 2 for £4.99.

We had a round of prawn sandwiches, which I brought home, 2 coffees, and 2 scones with jam, clotted cream and a bowl of strawberries.

We'll probably have the sandwiches later this evening with a bowl of (free) soup. ;) Thank you very much for a low cost day.

    xx

Was sooooooooooooo looking forwards to my fish n chips. Went down to my BHS only to be told their restaurant closed 2 years ago!!:eek:

Morning everyone. Have just logged on to catch up and sawall the posts about the
Article!!! Have the read the thread about it too.

Just wanted to know am I the only one who now feels really nervous about using my coupons? It is hard enough trying to use them without now this. Right now I feel it would be so much easier and less stressful to just rip them up and delete them from Pc

    Morning everyone.

There is a post on Grabbit (thanks to Londinium33) that the Persil Non bio 25 wash is half price at £3.20, so only £2.20 with the Persil/Comfort voucher. I think the Comforts are still 2 for £2.50, so only 50p each with same voucher. I know Asda is a bit cheaper, but expect lots will be in T during this week using the conditional spend vouchers from the weekend newspapers.

Edit - Asda cheaper for the Comfort but not the Persil - I don't use the APG, but presume this would be a good one to add to an APG shopping list?

  • Hi everyone

I'm Jen and I'm new - hope you don't mind me joining in.

I was introduced to this thread by a friend and now I'm addicted!

I'm going on holiday tomorrow and don't know how I'm going to cope without coupons for 2 weeks!

Anyway, wanted to share a discount i found yesterday - Mr S has the 2 roll packs of plenty on BOGOF so 2 for £2.26 - used a 50p MOC on each so took it down to £1.26 for 4 rolls - didn't think that was bad! :)

  • Got a coupon through the letterbox for 50p off Vileda Extra Power Scourer or Non Scratch Power Scourer but can't find a store that sells them.
    Anyone found them anywhere please.

What are you doing that is wrong?? My advice is to never use self-scan and to submit coupons to checkout operator. This way you offer coupons and the store has the option to accept or refuse. If they accept whilst you (accidentally) submit coupons for items you haven't bought then it is the fault of the checkout operator.
From what I understand the problems seem to stem from people putting goods through self-scan not checkout operator.

    Hi Farmville,

I also go through the motions - I do get freaked out by this type of article- not because doing anything illegal but because don't like too much attention / confrontation at times from the supermarkets.
The same happened after a bad experience with DTD - but did pick myself up again and got the best out of DTD. :o
So Farmville don't give up just yet, take a couple of days off from couponing and then see if you feel better about it! :)
