Don't worry about a neg, your main concern here should be getting your payment. Where did you get the address from that you sent the item to? Oh, and forget all the rubbish about knowing the postman etc- it is all just a red herring if you have proof of dleivery at the address given to you by the buyer or by ebay.

60 days for feedback- but seriously don't worry about it- concentrate on trying to get your money.

If the cheque cannot be re presented then send a signed for letter to the buyer giving him official notice that you will be recovering your payment via small claims.

  • I posted the item to his ebay address.
If I send a letter he will then know my address and name.

I am unsure on what to send him in a email next
  • If I did go to the police what would they tell me to do.?

When we asked about cheque it was in respsonse to the bit about you not wanting buyer to have your address. if buyer sent you a cheque then he already has your address.
