Free dialup/Onetel

Hi - am new to internet. I have Onetel's LeisureTalk (and 18866) and am assuming (due to previous post) that I could use it to get free dialup evs and wkends. Do I need to sign up with an ISP that has geographical number on 0870 site for this to work. Would someone recommend good/reliable dialup provider for this purpose?

You need to find an ISP with an ordinary (geographic) phone number.
