Yes they can if you used a code that you didnt qualify to use.

Thanks for the advise is thefre anywhere on the net or on this website that tells you the rules of using these codes? When I used the code there were no terms and conditions for the code listed.

Every code should have t&c's

There was a big thing on here a while ago about Littlewoods codes, they were charging people the full price on their payment methods if the codes were not specifically for the account holder.

If you have a code emailed or posted to you then there is no reason not to use it, if you find one on a website then you use it at your own risk if there are no t&c's stated.

The MSE email promoted Virgin Wines £40 offer is turning into something of a nightmare. Is anyone else having trouble getting their delivery?

This is the first time I've used an MSE "blagged" offer and frankly it doesn't reflect well on Virgin Wines or the site.
