Then they refused under the grounds that they didnt deal with KimberlyClark - which is the company mentioned in the bottom right small print. In the end I gave up, left my items at the till and walked out.
I tried to email Safecoupons to let them know but their form wouldnt work. Is it worth emailing HQ Superdru&?
My post seems to have gotten buried under all the photocopy talk - any advice ladies and germs?0 -

The only thing you can do is contact Superdrug. No shop has to accept coupons, but accusing you of photocoping them is bad.
If I were you I would print them in colour as they are less likely to be rejected.0 -

Not much advice, except maybe try another superdrug. I find the different ones act differently dependent on staff and Manager. Otherwise contact HO for Superdrug and let them know it was a genuine coupon and you were not allowed to use it against a product they sell.0 -
I was only asking 'if it was allowed'
As it was - I was sent £10 worth in total in £2 denominations for feedback I gave them.
Spent a couple last night in my local co-op where they had products on offer for £1
Will use the others next month.
Thanks for the replies. Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!0 -

No it is not allowed, even though they do not say you cannot photocopy this voucher as it will make it void.0 -

Many thanks both. I will be in contact with HQ Superdrug tomorrow.
Unfortunately I cant print in colour - my printer prints black and white only. T*sco, Asd@, and even on one occasion Boot$ never have a problem accepting my coupons in black and white so I dont see why its suddenly become so accusatory with staff members there!0 -

I've had issues too with Superdrug and coupon acceptance just over a week ago. I had 1 x Kleenex Eye Make Up Remover Wipes and 1 x L'oreal Cosmetics coupons, had purchased both qualifying products, both coupons presented were PRINTED IN COLOUR and the L'oreal cosmetics one EVEN HAD MY NAME ON (as opposed to "personalised coupon") for which I could produce ID and I still had both refused(!). I contacted them via the contact form on their website http://www.superdrug.com/help+info/contact-us/page/contactus/ selected the reason for contact as a "store enquiry",explained what happened, how it made me feel :wall: and they emailed to me within a couple of days apologising, saying that my safecoupons should have been accepted and sent me a £5 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. So it looks like they do have a store-wide policy of safecoupon acceptance. Hope this helps xAppreciation to all who contribute and have guided me in making my couponing "career" possible since 2009 xx0 -
