    I think someone has been telling you porkies because they don't know what is causing the problem.

    I would think most of the users of that software are using windows 7, but they don't have your problem.

    You haven't said what it was telling you to close?

    I would think most of the users of that software are using windows 7, but they don't have your problem.

    I agree, being on Windows 7 makes no difference. I am on Windows 7 and I had problems with coupon printer where it kept asking me to install it.

    I uninstalled it, ran cc cleaner twice, and then installed an American Coupon printer, and have had no problems since.

    Sorry thought I had, a box pops up with an I in it then it says " we're sory to upgrade your coupon printer you must first close your Internet explorer browser window"

    I have tried uninstalling and everything, this is also a new printer installed it did it with the last one and then this one, although it never used to do it!!!!
