I tried to use a Heinz Five Beans coupon in Morries today but it was refused. The SA took it to the cash office. A lady came from cash office and said that I could not use it because it was "under investigation" from head office. She said it was because it was not scanning at the right price. I said it did not matter now because it was scanning at the price they were selling the beans at. She said "investigations" sometimes took four or five weeks......

I always hate to use coupons in Morrisons, they always call over a supervisor, who then takes forever to come over, then takes all the coupons to the office to check, who then eventually comes back and says they are fine. So far, they have let me use the beans coupon in there, maybe that is about to change then...... :(

yeah mine the same, honestly make me feel like a criminal! reading it over and over, was lovely in tesco yesterday to acutally have a supervisor come over quickly read and say yes fine

Thanks for this I didn't know you could eat these as part of a diet.

Will come in handy as my son is on a diet and has asked me to draw up a list of foods that he can choose from at each dinner.
Wont be easy as I have never been on a diet (although have a bit of fat I could lose at mo).

Chicken fillets, salad or green vegs
    Porrage
bovril as a snack ( and now kitkat)
    Fish and salad, green veg

I don't have much to go on. lol

ye its a totallly fine low cal choc treat - im doing weight watchers and its 3 points (i think around 100cals) - personally if i was to cut out everything it wouldnt work so i think a little treat now and again is good!

  • Hi all .. sorry havent checked in for a few days so hadnt seen the query regarding the crabbie coupon. If you go to the main coupon thread where MT updates the current coupons its on there.. Its a link to a metro edition newspaper and its 50p off each bottle. I saved the coupon to pdf ;) My OH loves that stuff so we have stocked up on it. (i dont check my messages on here so if you pm me there may be a delay of a few days.... )

regarding the reloaded, my OH liked the lemon one but said it is quite sweet. My son is 20 and said it was dreadful and he'd stick to Jim Beams LOL but he did sell 60 cans for me to his boss & friend.

We are having a beer and can tombola at work for a chap we are collecting for to send him and his son to Disney world.. hes only 32 and his son is 3.. his Cancer is too far advanced to operate so we have a target of £6k to send them off for a nice holiday.

We do it using a roulet wheel and its £1 a go.. in between calls the younger staff love having a go and we raise more than when we do a bake sale.. basically land on a red and get a bottle. the reloaded will keep us going for days this time i think.

We also made up some hampers from all my freebies which ive couponed over the last year and we are selling tickets for those too.. so there are some great things you can do with the stuff you dont like but was free.

Off to finally use some Reloaded vouchers. Just wondering if Mr A do actually take them or is it pot luck? If not, has anyone had problems using them in Mr S? I would go to Tosco but its a much bigger journey to get there.

Huge trouting in Mr A with reloaded coupons! They wouldnt scan so SV had to come over. They let me use one but told me that they were fakes and took them off me and screwed them up and told me not to bring fake coupons into their store again!!!! I only took 4 with me so it's not like i was trying to buy 100 of them. Cant believe it I was mortified. :(
