Did you get it in writing? If you did I'd love a copy to carry after enduring my own 'experience'.
ah sorry no....the bulk of the emails from the relations team were about confirming the use of APG vouchers ( I wasnt allowed to use mine of £27 as they thought it was too high!)....it was only after lengthy emails that we spoke on the phone and the chap clarified the coupon policy then.
I will stand my ground and fight my corner when I know my rights, so dont tend to suffer many problems instores...but when I do its usually mayhem!!!
Might be worth someone sending a generic email to A/T/S and M asking for clarification on their coupon policy....then posting a link to the replies on the first post on here, so people can print it off to use against the staff that clearly dont know their jobshoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
MrT has changed the price on lots of the Lenor fabric softeners, now £1.50 so 50p with the coupon.£36/£240
£5522
One step must start each journey
One word must start each prayer
One hope will raise our spirits
One touch can show you care0 -

Yesterday I had a phone call off Asda main customer services. They don't have a written coupon acceptance policy apparently, but they DO accept printed internet coupons. The lady is going to telephone up the branch I had my issues with and inform them of this (oo ah missus!). She's told me to call her back if I ever have any other issuesCoupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D
:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j
:money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.790 -

I'm trying to get Tesco to send me their coupon policy but so far it is like getting blood out of a stone!
This is what I have so far:
Please allow me to explain our coupon policy;
From now on, we accept all Tesco and supplier/product coupons as long as you have purchased the product, and we will continue to issue and accept Tesco Price Check coupons on the rare occasion that your shopping is cheaper at Asda.
We have carried out a lot of research into finding out what our customers want when they go shopping, and the feedback shows that one of the key things is lower prices. We are very committed to helping our customers spend less at the checkout, so we have taken this feedback on board and have already dropped the price of 3000 popular lines.
We would not have been able to invest so heavily in our Big Price Drop without reviewing some of our current offers and unfortunately, the acceptance of competitor coupons was something that we could not sustain. However, we believe that our customers will welcome cheaper prices over being able to use an occasional competitor coupon.
I hope this explains our position.
Is it me or is this just too vague?0
