Morning all. Hope everyone had a good christmas. Dunno how I managed to eat as much as I did without evicting the baby!
Just read back - congratulations to jenjade and kimmy and mr kimmy, and thanks for the pictures. They both look gorgeous!
Very close to the top of the list now. I'm so glad from reading back to see that I'm not the only one fed up and wondering whether any little twinge is the start of something. I wanted her to stay put until after New Year, but frankly now she can come anytime :rotfl:
I kind of would like a bit more time though as DH and I had this grand plan of spending a couple of days at home together while it is just us, and every single day some family or friend thing has happened and we've had to go out, I've got majorly tired after and had to go for a nap, and the rest of the day has been a write off. Really thinking we have very few days left where it is just us and as much as I am looking forward to meeting our little girl and being a family, I want that little thing first. It's not going to be today though...:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Congrats Kimmy and Mr Kimmy! What a cutie you have. Well LauraLoo, thats it down to the 2 of us. Its a race for the finish now then! Why do i think i'm going to be last somehow....
I'm now very cross, and feeling like i'm in a Gilly style situation. I rang up about the missing item from my order this morning (mentioned here last night). They checked their system, and it apparently shows as picked and dispatched with the other things. They are going to call the warehouse to get them to stock check, but seem to be saying if the warehouse say they have the right number, its tough! Growl..... The missing item isnt hugely expensive, but its the principle, so if they try that, i will make sure i tell every pregnant woman and new mum to avoid them like the plague!!
Just got to sit and wait for their call back now.Married 13/03/10 #1 DD born 13/01/12!!

I meant to get some RLT capsules but forgot, and with due date being 1 week away not much point in getting them now I think....there was so many things I was going to do which I havent and am feeling a bit dissapointed now
Havent listened to my antenatal hypno cd much at all, no RLT, no Perennial massage....and im sure theres more I was going to do.
In theory I could buy the RLT now but it means a trip into town to H&B which I just dont think I can manage anymore, (annoyed that boots dont sell it!) everything is such a struggle as I have so much pain in the right side of my pelvic bone...apparantly due to baby being all on my right side and the weight is pressing down on me.
Got 2 free cinema tickets to use and was thinking of going tonight, just hope I wont be too uncomfy.:T baby boy born 01/01/2012 my New Years Day Boy

I sympathise hon. I was in such pain about 2 weeks ago, all on my right hand side, for the same reason. Couldnt lift my right leg more than an inch off the floor. I spent ALOT of time lying on my left hand side, on the sofa or bed to try and get bean to shift over a bit, and leaning over my gym ball, and it has helped. I still have quite alot of discomfort, but it is centred better with the bum out the front, not to the side, so i can now walk a bit better, and i EVEN managed to climb into the bath yesterday to wash my hair. Horrah!:j

Kira I know exactly what you're going through and it isn't nice! Actually seems worse, because at least M&P offered to dispatch another if I really wanted them to. Do people not realise how stuff like this upsets pregnant women? The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

You would have hoped they would realise who they are dealing with, being a kiddy retailer.
I did point out to them, that while they were "checking", there was only one showing as available and that i would be v unhappy if they sold it and i was left without, and also that i was due to go pop any day, and therefore couldnt really put up with delays sorting it. Girl on the phone was pleasant and said, oh, right, poor you, but didnt exactly fill me with confidence..Married 13/03/10 #1 DD born 13/01/12!!
