no elmo, i'm still here :( kinda knew I would go overdue but kept the bit of hope that he would come early or on time lol

DS went to docs cause he keeps getting pain in his knee/leg nearly every morning he complains about it, anyways they are sending him for xray and blood tests :( he is not pleased, so that will be monday for me blood test at 9:20 then xray department, where there are no appointments you just go and wait your turn, just hoping DS will be ok going in on his own because i'm guessing I wont be allowed in :(

    xx

Bella when my DS2 broke his arm earlier this year, I was with him while she positioned it to where she wanted it then we both went behind a screen while the x-ray was taken so I'm sure your DS will be fine. I was in the same room just behind a screen. DS2 wasn't quite 3 and he was fine.

I do liked Zack - just got to convince DH lol!

Thanks :) i just thought because I'm gonna be 3 days overdue by that point they might not let me or it might be dangerous to baby??

saying that hopefully baby will be here by then :)

You'll be fine if you are behind the screen with the technician as I was. They do it all the time so it has to be safe. I was 21 weeks when he broke it xx

Name opinions please! Would you use the name Zack if your nephew on partner's side was Jack?! So they would have the same surname? My nephew is 15 so quite a big age gap but I really love Zack. Hubby isn't keen though because it rhymes with Jack. Our nephew is the 3rd grandchild on DH's side and this one will be the 9th. Honest opinions please!

I think it depends how close to them you are and how much you see them, but it is a different name so I think you should just go for it. If they were 6 months apart and you were besties with the parents it might be a bit silly, but 15 years - go for it.

We don't see them huge amounts as they are always so busy but we are quite close to them. Jack is the oldest of 4 and the youngest is 2 years older than my DS1 so they are quite close. Hard to know if the family will think it's weird or not!!

you could always ask the family what they think of the name i wouldnt have a problem with it if it was the same name then maybe i would as it would get confusing
