so this should be my last night of a peacful full sleep as my induction is tomorrow, ooohh no its today sunday lol so why the bloody hell am i awake argh

im thinking if the little (well hope its a bit little ) hitchhiker wants to stay put then why not let it. am now carping myself and everyone else is asleep

never beeninduced before and dont really know what to expect i have resisted googling so far but im really feeling the need right now

Mama - hope you got things sorted with your OH. I'm cross with mine as I've just woken up to find he hasn't come home yet from being out last night. Grr. I even texted him just after midnight asking if he was going to be late-late and he said no. I suspect he has fallen asleep at a friend's house but it's not really the point... Specially as he was the one saying we need to be up and out early today as we're going to look at wedding marquees and go baby-stuff and clothes shopping for him! And even more specially that I spent last Sunday in tears because I didn't feel he got the fact that me and the baby/pregnancy need to now come first. Ugh. I can feel myself getting really cross and not sure how to play this now... Tempted to ring him and do the cross thing, but I know that wont achieve anything and will ruin our day even more.

I went to a nct sale yesterday and picked up 2 pregnancy books for £1.50, a beech cot top changer for £3 and a tiny love deluxe playmat for £12.50. All in really good condition, so I'm really pleased with the bargains that I picked up .

I'm going to another next Sunday, where I'm hoping to find more bargains.

Morning, I'm sitting with mafogglies and DH at my feet (he's in the airbed) watching F1. Sleep just not terribly possible, everything's sore! Sorry, think my last few posts have been gripes.

Not a lot planned for today, for once. Just potter around the house and maybe tidy up a bit....

Hitchhiker spent all night doing a merry dance on my pelvis too- that's all pocket money stopped completely now when he/she is born....

morning I'm up and have been for the last 3 hours, dd2 woke me up telling me that dd1 was on dads computer at half four, needless to say they got thee ears chewed off because she wouldnt have known she was even on it if she wasnt downstairs aswel, and they have managed to wake up dd3 in the process, they were chased back to bed then i could hea them all playing.. not impressed. so now i am up and they are to sit in there bedrooms until i am ready for them to come down, they can bl**dy wait now. i have a really busy day with packing and everything and really needed a good nights sleep.

DH has pomiced to help me pack today, i tried yesturday but didnt get verry far, what with the kids and the dog, and the fact all his crap is all over the place so i had a bit of a hissy fit and he said he will help me today, he better or he is on the doghouse with the kids.

Mamamoo I do hope you're ok today, I'm sorry a lot of people are having OH trouble, god it annoys me, these men can't sort themselves out and be grown ups for a change. I'm lucky, OH is more than lovely, but I hardly see him as he's away so much so I guess thats the price I pay, he's never home long enough to annoy me lol.

I can't believe everyone is up so early either, I've just woken up, but am very much contemplating going back to sleep, hmmmm will see how I feel after my cuppa.

Morning hon, not sure if this was an actual question, or a hypothetical one! Incase it was the former, i was in the same position, and just started by googling for reviews, to see which people were saying worked best for them. Built up a short list to look into more. There are a number of threads on MSE forum about it too if you dig them out.
Interestingly i came to the conclusion that totsbots and mothereaze wraps sounded the ones i liked the sound of best, and then last week, someone here posted a link to "thenappylady" website, who does a questionaire to help give you advice as to what might suit your needs. Got the reply back a few days ago, and guess what, she recommended the same ones as being best for me! Cool!

I have bought a small number already, second hand, to try out when beanie is here, and a few different varieties, as the shape and size (and sex!) of the baby does affect fit. Once bean is here, and i can see if they are right, then i'll decide about getting more.

managed to put my new full maternity support tights on it took ages and was so painful getting them on! lets see how they go I already want to take them off coz they are pulling my underwear down. I hate being uncomfortable.

I am 30 weeks today!
