oh she is stunning Puzzled it is amazing isnt it. Are you enjoying having your body back?

Thank you :) We like to think so :)

My body is still not mine lol, we are breast feeding and they feel like two alien lumps of rock at the moment, but we seem to be doing ok :)

I am feeling really good, apart from aches in the expected areas lol, we have been out twice and everything seems to be going ok :)

Midwife is coming tomorrow to weigh her and do her heel !!!!! test so fingers crossed all will be well :)

Buy the low fat diet garlic bread, you've no idea how much the calories and fat differ, it's crazy! Tastes the same to me too.

Thanks for posting Puzzled - she is gorgeous. Am sulking - my midwife friend has had to change shifts so won't be doing clinic tomorrow. So I have to see the other one who I really don't get on with. She's too dappy! Plus she doesn't know the history with this early c-section battle so I've got to explain that all to her so she can fill in the head midwife in my town who will then speak to the consultant on my behalf before I go in. Getting so frustrated with it all now. My friend is due 2 weeks after me and she has a date 9 days before her due date. I bet she has it before I do which is sooooooo unfair! I want to be early just for a change!!!
Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!

Puzzled, that sounded like an easy labour? Your birth story was nice!

I'm back to not talking again, I could for a while earlier, and we'd talked about a trip to Ikea- but decided against as everything hurts and I wouldn't have enjoyed it- some time in the next couple of weeks.....

Still feel very rough, will see how I get on tomorrow. Very reluctant to book a day sick unless I'm dying as we're desperately short in work at the moment.....

Mint choc chip icelolly will be mine, they seem to help my throat!

  • Thanks for the crib/cot/basket info and tips girls... I forgot that we've got a Bugaboo Cameleon which comes with a bassinet too. I reckon we'll get a moses basket for downstairs during the day and then a crib for night-time, though I'm also liking the the co-sleep idea... Hmm... Pregnancy seems to have taken away my ability to make any decisions!
