They phoned me about a week agao, I played along with them because I didn't have anything better to do with my time. They asked me to type in loads of things, click things.... I played along.

I then said to him "oh theres an error message popped up",
"what does it say" he replied
"Flip off and stop wasting my time"

    He hung up.......

The first few times i tried explaining to them rationally that I knew it was a scam and that it was all over the papers and internet in the UK- but they work from a script and don't understand when you deviate from the suggested responses. I would say to them 'you are scamming cheats' and they would say 'yes yes, scams on the internet you need to log in now and our microsoft department will talk you through the procedure.

At one point I was so angry that I became very politically incorrect and kept asking if they had a religious faith, which threw the girl a bit - when she said she didn't understand and could I log in for her I explained that I truly hoped she had a religious belief in things so that she could dwell on the fact that she would suffer for her attempts to cheat honest people out of their money (I may have been slightly less polite than that) and she told me I was not a nice person.

I rarely ever lose my temper with people but having these calls day after day I began to really lose it with the scum.

I just tell them I will pour bleach in my hard drive, they then sometimes just go away or failing that they dont I just like to annoy them a bit more by saying things like my piles are very sore today excuse me while I have a good scratch or does your mother still work in prostitution, I find these things normaly have the required affect and they tend not to ring me again.

    You could also try :

Or tell them they interupted you having sex
    pretend you have tourettes
Try to sell them a rival better product
Or if they female say hello sir and if male say hello madam just keep it up as this annoys them to
