Parking ticket appeal

That is not all of the PCN wording, there is small print on the back as well which could be flawed - often is!
But TBH you would be best taking this to a new topic on pepipoo forums here:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30
They are the experts, forget the car colour thing, do not even mention it. Just show them clearer close up pics of all wording of the PCN (just blank out the PCN number and the car reg).
You could appeal based on 'assisted alighting' if you were collecting one child and doing nothing else - but waiting for the second child is not going to help your case. That's not to say you do not have a case though, most people who go on pepipoo, take the advice, meet the appeal deadlines and go to adjudication, win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thankyou, I already put it up on pepipoo but they complained that my pics weren't clear enough, (I only have a 5megapxl phone camera and no other way to put them up) so couldn't give me any advice.
This forum is much friendlier!official dfw nerd club member no 214

Why is a person that handles your money called a broker?!

Some of us go on both! I am SchoolRunMum over there and there are plenty of others as friendly as me.
Your pics were only unreadable because your camera wasn't set for close-up or macro mode (I presume) but mostly because you didn't show all of the PCN wording (you showed a lot of the tear-off receipt at the bottom which is the least important part).
Please have another try with the back of the PCN and the top of it, even if still a little blurred at least they will see all the wording. Does a teenager in your family not have a decent camera on their phone? Pepipoo will be the place to give you the best help on appealing as that's their specialism.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Has your phone camera got a macro setting?
Without finding a fault on the PCN,you would need to check the TRO, look at the signing, and that the yellow lines were correct!
They are a bit matter of fact on Pepipoo, but they do know their stuff!
Edit: See Coupon- mad already said it!!0 -
I don't have macro on my phone (don't know why), have used partners phone and am in the process of attampting to hide reg and pcn no then will upload on pepipoo and hopefully they will be better.
I think I'll just end up having to pay the fine anyway, can't see anything they have got wrong on it.official dfw nerd club member no 214

I seriously second the advice you have been given - I thought I was totally in the wrong until I took advice and found out that the council had got it all wrong
I doubt pepipoo were really complaining, they just need all the facts to be able to advise you properly on a legal matterYou never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0 -

Thank-you so much for your help, not sure with what I should be writing though so requested some more help on there!
They'll be sick of me!blossomhill wrote: »I seriously second the advice you have been given - I thought I was totally in the wrong until I took advice and found out that the council had got it all wrong

They have been very helpful, I think I was just reading them wrong, (it's harder to know how something is being said in text and posts rather than in person)official dfw nerd club member no 214
