1% over payments on cc 3.5/100 (March 2014)0 -
I think you are wrong, i have just found this.
Here's some information about: Return postage costs
In general, the seller is obliged to pay for return postage costs, unless they specified in their return policy that the buyer pays for this. Sellers can also provide a return postage address and additional return postage information for the buyer in My eBay.
If they sent the money through paypal there would be a way to reclaim it should "whomever" just take the money.
What makes you think as they were in the wrong i do not have a leg to stand on..?
There is no way to reclaim the money for certain.0 -
So not only does the seller sell you a dodgy item in the first place, they want you to fund the return, so they can sell it again.
It's yours, keep it, and make sure the feedback and stars reflect how bad they are.0 -
Yep you definitely don't have to return if ebay refunded you. I am having a similar time with another seller - funny how they think it is their item again despite the fact that they weren't the ones to refund. Sellers like this need kicking off ebay ASAP so they don't ruin the reputation for genuine sellers.
too many comps..not enough time!0
