Anyone increased FD credit limit?

I actually sent an e-mail to confirm with FD the balance transfer policy and I was told that you can transfer 1 card balance for free. Anyt other balance transfers, even from different cards, will have a 2% (no max) charge applied.0

Thanks for info - I had already done 2 transfers without charge or any mention of one, so very surprised about this one. Still, have done quite well from stoozing; spose I can't win 'em all, but have had acknowledgement of my email to them with promise of follow up. Perhaps they'll take pity (wishful thinking).0
