If the computer says no, get out the OHs card and say 'Oh no, I've brought the wrong card, this is my hubbys/wifes etc'. If computer says yes, dig out the correct card/cash whatever. Easy peasy. Saves you from having to admit it's too much/glitch hasn't worked etc.
computer says noooooo ................LOL:happylove

It's a shame we can't get an MSE "disloyalty" card to wave at SA's under such circumstances:
"What? You expect me to PAY for all this? Are you MAD?! Fetch me a porter to take these goods to my car and be quick about it!".
Another spot at the Whitechapel branch - quite a lot of Botanics stuff reduced to £1.50 - £2.00 on the end of an aisle near the stairs at the corner of the store. I've got so many free moisturisers now I'm in danger of drowning.Reading this signature is a waste of time0 -

I love Boots!! :rotfl:0 -
SuperNoodle wrote:Maybe its just me that is oblivious to the outside world when I'm on a Bootsing Mission! I think my own OH could walk past and I wouldn't see him lol. Sonee & Kat, take no notice whatsoever. Maybe it feels like they are looking at you but I'm sure they're not...after all, when I was at work I went to Boots every day to get my lunch so I'm sure there are many other everyday Boots shoppers in your store (but not with our secret knowledge!).
And I'm loving Anna's quote......
Be Brave, Be Strong, Be Gorgeous this summer for only a few quid thanks to Boots!

My problem is when the SA says nooo..... won't even try to put coupons through 'because it's a gift set'
Nice lady today gave me tips on what to buy - as long as she's paid and can get the same bargains she's happy. Excellent attitude :T
I go every lunchtime at the moment as I'm getting my £2.99 lunch deal on the point I earn each day (including 100 extra botanics points)0 -
OK one last thing I noticed today - it's well worth checking the floor when you go to give the SA's your loose change. A lot of millionaires who shop in Boots just chuck the £5 No7/ £3 Haircare voucher when they get them (I found three today). Only problem is I feel dishonour bound to go spend them...Reading this signature is a waste of time0

cazarol wrote:Right I am a bit of a beginner here on the Boots thread. I am going shopping tomorrow where there is a Boots, I've got 3 Boots No 7 and haircare vouchers which my hubby has saved for me (earning brownie points there!!) and also the 100 points Botanics voucher out of the mag.
What is a simple task for me to purchase on my trip tomorrow?
Any ideas appreciated
this is exactly what I've got!! What's the best way to spend them?
