  • Hubby is not a happy bunny we have so much free botanics moisturiser, basics razors, body glow and soap its untrue. Gift sets for next christmas are stuffed in every nook and cranny. We now have no 7 products comming out of our ears. The lock and shine stuff is a sore point as he very follically challenged.
According to hubby what we dont B***** well have is any bubble bath, and he wants a bath. Is there a Botanics moisturising bubble bath I can get or a no7 deal on bubble bath to applease him. Have just squirted a bit of grapefruit washing up liquid in the bath, there are rather a lot of bubbles. All this expensive skin care and he has to bath in washing up liquid.
    Any help appriciated.

does anyone know if they offer therapy for bootsing? my husband thinks i have an addiction and went mad at another boots bag i came home with today!
along with the tesco glich i have enough toiletries to last at least 3 years!!

I shop in my lunch break as I can do two Boots branches that are a five minute walk from each other. At the moment it's been "why did you need more from Boots/Debenhams/ WH Smith?" But whenI explain that it's 70-75% off, or free he gets quieter. When I point out that once again I've shopped for his family's Christmas presents to save him the trouble he shuts up!:T

I am accumulating the boots bags/sacks in my filing cabinet/under my desk and will wait for an offer of a lift from mum. They can then go into her garage and I can smuggle it home gradually. He just doesn't get my philosophy of 'stock up while it's free/cheap' ;)

Right I am a bit of a beginner here on the Boots thread. I am going shopping tomorrow where there is a Boots, I've got 3 Boots No 7 and haircare vouchers which my hubby has saved for me (earning brownie points there!!) and also the 100 points Botanics voucher out of the mag.
What is a simple task for me to purchase on my trip tomorrow?
    Any ideas appreciated

Is it just me or does anyone else think the cheaper Botanics product have gone up in price. I'm quite new to all this but I'm sure the aftershave has gone up to £3.xx from £2.xx and also the body waffly thingy that was £1.25 and is not £3xx. Still having a good time with it all though. OH is now getting the deodorant instead of aftershave.

You can get bubble bath for free from tesco by using the h&b coupons at the same time as the 'quit kit' ones. See the tesco threads for more info.........xx

Here's a good tip for getting out of the purchase if the BOGOF/342/641 offer doesn't work. Always have your OHs card with you. Have it in a separate pocket to your other cards/cash. If the computer says no, get out the OHs card and say 'Oh no, I've brought the wrong card, this is my hubbys/wifes etc'. If computer says yes, dig out the correct card/cash whatever. Easy peasy. Saves you from having to admit it's too much/glitch hasn't worked etc.
