Transferring emails to Outlook

How do I transfer (my backed up) 50Mb of emails from Thunderbird to Outlook 2007 ?
I don't have any other options (when using mozbackup) than saving as .PCV and Outlook doesn't recognise this format
Any suggestions ?

I thnk you need Outlook Express which is only available in XP.

Never used it myself - test it with one message before trying to do the whole lot.

Is your email server/ your access to it POP3, IMAP or Exchange?

POP3 - But the file was previously backed up - and now restored to Thunderbird - but I now have Outlook 2007 and am trying to incorporate this backed up file.....

When I needed to go the other way - from Outlook to Thunderbird - I used the free T'bird extension ImportExportTools.

I'm fairly sure it will work just as well in reverse, exporting as .eml format.

Is your Oulook 2007 and Thunderbird still on the same computer and are the emails you want to move still in Thunderbird? Do you also have a Hotmail address?
