Salad dressing -How do you make yours?

I have various combinations I try. I mix it together in a small jar, and it keeps in the fridge for a good while. (olive oil can go a bit lumpy in the cold if you make it really oily, but it is still fine to eat).
One of my favourites is:
oil
soy sauce
lemon juice (about equal measures of these 3)
a dollop of ketchup
a squeeze of garlic puree
some chilli powder (either mild or hot, depending on what I feel like)
I also do the honey and mustard combination mentioned by a few people above. I discovered last week that it worked realy well with some cumin mixed in too. And then the next day I mixed the leftovers with a big spoon of tahini (so it was about half tahini) and that was deliciousIsabella Molly born 14th January 2009
