Thank goodness they still have the 100 items limit

Sellers may only list up to 100 eligible items with a starting price of £1 during the promotion period. Once a seller has reached this 100 item limit, any items listed during the promotion period with a starting price of £1 or more will be charged standard Insertion Fees according to the eBay Insertion Fees Policy.
Items with a starting price of between £0.01 and £0.99 are excluded from the promotion. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details.
Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details.
Only items listed with the Quick Sell or Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) forms, or the eBay iPhone, eBay iPad or eBay Android applications.

    h and watch this bit
For items listed in two categories, only the insertion fee for the first category will be eligible for the promotion. Standard Insertion Fees will be charged for listing the same item in a second category, according to eBay fees.

and because we always have someone who asks rather than checks the t and cs for themselves:

Items listed with a starting price of between £0.01 and £0.99 will be excluded from the promotion, and will instead count towards your 100 free new listings/month, in accordance with the eBay Fees policy. Please see "Further Information" below for more details.

I put up a few bits last time and did surprisingly well and as I have a spare day tomorrow I might take the opportunity of clearing out a few more boxes from storage. Watching the community boards last time though there were quite a few threads where sellers had not been able to list, usually because suddenly ebay considered them under performing . Add to that the limit on listings and i think it did keep out a lot of the rubbish in some categories.

To be honest, I am too busy with the business account to mess about too much, but I have a few bits that go on the private account and if they don't sell then they can go on Freecycle.

Not good for me I have 128 items to list.
  • Most things I list are under 99p but, I have a nice Grand Suspension Bridge by Hornby to list so I might just get that listing for free I hope :)

I did quite well on the last one but I have a friend here for the weekend so no ebaying for me. Unless I take 10 minutes out to relist some from before.
