Ignore them as already stated. They no longer exist and they did not buy the assets of the previous company. So they have no right to collect money owing to the original company!

Well as has been said every time anyone has asked your question about phone calls, queried at least once a week on here:

Tell them the alleged debt is DENIED and that any further contact will be viewed as harassment, logged and reported to the Office of Fair Trading, your MP and Trading Standards. Add that it includes any contact they might plan to make using a pretend solicitor's headed notepaper such as 'Graham White' as you are aware that Roxburghe/Graham White are the same bunch of scammers. Tell them to return the file to the original scammer (use that word if you like, personally I would but you could be icily polite and avoid such words, to the same effect).

    Phone down.

It would be interesting to know exactly who the AS Securi-T letters were from. Were they from AS Securi-T Ltd, or from VP Parking Solutions Ltd t/a AS Securi-T?

AS Securi-T are still operatng at our local college. One of my daughter's friends has managed to acquire a ticket, and I'm waiting for him to let me see it, just so I can check which company it has come from. The signs have never been changed, and are the original AS Securi-T ones.

If what the OR is saying is indeed correct than VP's membership of the BPA AOS would appear to be non-existent and, therefore, its continued use of AS's access to DVLA records to be invalid. As has been suggested these facts need to be passed to the DVLA for them to investigate by way of a formal complaint.

On the subject of any link with Mr White. I remain unconvinced that he is connected with either AS Securi-T, as was, or VP Parking Solutions. Interestingly, AS Securi-T had a CCA licence for, amongst other things, debt collection and the licence remains active (I suspect that the OFT have yet to be notified that the company has folded). The issue of a CCA licence entails the disclosure of the details of all company officers in order that a "fit and proper person" test can be carried out. Jason White's name is not disclosed but he is, of course, a director of White's Car Park Solutions Ltd and its registered office is also at 151, High Street, So'ton. A search for directors at that address/postcode will necessarily throw up his name but it is not, I believe, because of any link with AS/VP.

The directors of VP/AS (Messrs Athwall and Sagu) have another company based in "Office 70" called Inland Recovery Ltd. It also has a CCA (debt collection) licence but the company is currently shown as "Dormant" at Companies House even if their website remains active. They seem unclear as to the location of their "Principal Place of Business" (i.e. the actual address they carry their business on at - not a registered office). In the case of AS Securi-T it is allegedly at an accommodation/virtual office address in Shepherds Market, Mayfair and as far as Inland Recovery is concerned it is it is another accommodation/virtual office address in Oxford. Clearly, they can't be at a number of addresses at once.

151-153, High Street, Southampton is another of Mailboxes Etc "virtual offices" and none of these companies has a presence there beyond one that exists on paper. There are at least 100 companies that have a connection with this address at some point either currently or historically.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

Hi one of these parking charge notices was stuck to my car recently and im not sure what to do it says its issued for and on behalf of A.S.Securi-t but does not say LTD and does not metion VP parking solutions

the serial number does start with VP60-

I know it was issued unfairly(i used the shops on site and was there less than an hour )

none of the Breach of regulation codes on the back of the parking charge notice would have applied -I was tempted to appeal and my local trading standards have advised me to but after reading this forum im thinking to appeal would be futile

also these people use office 70 151 high st as an address and their phone number is one of those they can make money from

Im actually a bit cross that dvla can sell our personal details to these companies

also can a private company cite alleged " regulation codes" and use the words "it is an offence for an unauthorised person to remove or interfere with this notice "

are they trying to mislead and deceive ?????

    Got it in one !
  • My girlfriend had one of these on Boxing Day.

On reading the information above it would seem the general rule of thumb is don't pay AS Securi-T anything under any circumstances,
    right???

Any response would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.
