Unless you have a large distance (relative) to cover or you wish to transfer large volumes of information between devices within your own home there is no advantage to the 108mb product.

Also on the subject of where you purchase from etc. I would on this occassion (although I hate the place) recommend PC World. This is due to two reasons:
    1. Wireless routers are quite unreliable and at PC World you can just get it swapped over for a new one instead of posting back.
    2. Lots of people find it harder to setup than expected and decide to return the products.

Do note though, don't ask for advice from PC World as although some people know what they are talking about a lot of them don't and may give you the wrong advice.

Sometimes a router will last for years. Personally I have been unlucky having had 4 routers in the past 3 years. Hence my recommendation.

I use a 54 Mbps router which is fine for my small house on three levels - the network is used for playing music / video stored one machine on another. It is perfect for music although I find it less than perfect for video.

Forgot to add "large volumes" to that sentence. Well spotted.
