I'm having the afternoon off.

Had a busy morning writing letters, filling in forms, phoning people and cleaning cupboards (interspersed with visits to MSE of course :o).

I'm going to sit and watch Harry Potter 3 this afternoon. I know how to enjoy myself, me. :rotfl:

It was either that or go out to the retail park for shopping but I'll spend too much money that way.

Will you be costing yourselves money today?

I took the kids to school and then took the dog for a nice long walk. Now I am just about to go and sort the washing out, not very exciting but i'm not spending :)

Although I have to pay for my eldests new Taekwondo clothes tonight, I do wish he wouldn't grow so quickly.

Yes, I've come home from work early due to ill child, so I've cost myself 2 hours wages.

I am still unwell but we were all encouraged to go home and enjoy the good weather so that is exactly what I have done!
Taking responsibility one penny at a time!
  • I cost money and got traumatised as a free gift! Went to the gynocologist with suspected mild infection (private health care abroad = money) and came out having been ripped apart as she tried and failed to yank out a big polyp  :( At least I went to a free museum on a free shuttle bus afterwards to be MSE and more cheerful :o
  • Found a gift card from last Christmas in the back of my purse this week......for £60! So went shopping this evening and got some of my honeymoon clothes.....well and truly saved money as had budgeted £100! Couple more bits to get but I'm £60 up....:D
Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference :)
