So erm.... when do we get our prize? :S

I got my email notifying of the win on Oct 5th, filled in the form on the 8th, and heard nothing since.
I'd have expected atleast an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of the claim form details =/.

I might just fill in the form a 2nd time just to be sure; you never know, it might cause a 2nd prize to be rewarded

Ah, attempt to claim again and you get an error message "This prize has already been claimed.".

You could be me! I just came on to see if anyone had their prize yet. I also received my e-mail on the 5th and just thought I would try filling in the form again but same as you said it had already been claimed.

I haven't had mine yet either. I think it said they'd be dispatched within 28 days so shouldn't be too much longer!

I'm a teeny bit disappointed as I was expecting it to be silky and it isn't but I suppose it was free so:D
