    I would seriously question your knowledge of "the legal position".

    Any business is free to decline customers with the exeception of illegal discrimination.

    If anyone thinks that's not correct then please provide a link for me.
    I would be interested to see how this goes.

    You are correct. A company can refuse to deal with someone on any grounds they like other than discrimination.

    Legal discrimination for example not insuring exported cars or certain models, is perfectly ok.
    I know exactly what you meant but we do have to be specific around that term.
