Also, it's hard to spot but an unread book shows a line of full stops (indicating length of book):

as in .......................................

And as you read it the full stops turn bold so part read:

.......................................

and fully read:

.......................................

I like the klever cases that you can get for the kindle, I got the one that amaz*n sells and happy with it, I do love my kindle
