Do i need a bt phoneline for sky phone and broadband?

It says £39 on the website unless you take Sky TV as well
What shows in the basket when you do it online?When you select Sky Broadband & Talk you'll be asked to enter your phone number. If you don't have a compatible line, you can get a new one from Sky.
The usual cost for this is £39 but you can get a new line for just £10 when you join Sky TV and take Sky Line Rental today.
Also in T&C under talk it says FROM £39.00 may apply..........0
