All discussed, at length, before.
The only new information is the depth of effort Pimperne1 is clearly willing to put into researching good ol' JD.
The Jewish Chronicle no less.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
If its not JD, then its HPC, if its not HPC then its back to JD0

Its the way of the bull.
Ignore arguments which negate your own, rinse, rewind repeat.
Ad infinitum.
Lest we forget, from one of the previous itterations of this banal cycle, in 2005, JD predicted that house prices would crash. In 2007.
In september 2007 Ray Boulger VI pundit said "house prices are unlikely to crash". Weeks later they crashed.
Hamishes assesment of who was more accurate. "Ray Boulger" of course.
The only conceivable response to this kind of folly.

What kind of genius sells-to-rent in 2002 because of a crash that they foresee happening in 2007?0 -

The kind of genius who predicted in 2005 that house prices would crash. In 2007.
Rinse. Rewind. Repeat.
Can it really have been only 8 weeks since the last sprawling 16 page epic obsessathon about JD?
Apparently so.

Then of course theres being absolutely right, by predicting house prices will crash in 2007. In 2005.
It really burns you guys doesn't it.
2005. Thats a couple of years after you turned bear right?
And a couple of years before you became a born again bull.0 -

You have a really interesting philosophical stance on 'proof', or at least how it applies to Saint JD's prophetic foresight. Scientists, thinkers... they all have a lot to learn really.0 -

Really. Strange. Because when I posted this dated scan of an actual newspaper article which totally corroborated my claim, I was accused of re-writing history.
Which does rather demonstrate that its not me who has an interesting philosophical stance on 'proof'.
