Just ignore them, by appealing you have saved them £2.50 DVLA fee that's all.
PS: Its not the Whalley Arms is it?0 -
It's the Banyers Hotel in Royston, Herts. Not sure about the DVLA fee, the PCN had all my details and the photos of my car arriving and leaving. Odd thing about this place is the 'permitted time' is 0 hours and 0 minutes so presumably every taxi that goes there (it's a hotel and pub) must get done! I like the way that they provide an email address but respond to emails by letter with several days delay. Also that there is no phone number except the one for giving them your credit card details. I'll make the hotel manager sort it out - I go there nearly every week with a bunch of people from the local brass band, a lot of business to lose...0

Oh so it has cost them the £2.50 good, Their camera system is a farce and has threw up many stupid incidents.
I would do as you say and complain to the owners, they complain about pubs losing money and then bring these clowns in to chase even more customers away.0 -
Simple solution is to write to the landlord of that pub to say that thanks for them to employing Parking Eye, you shall be taking your business elsewhere, and telling your friends and family to do the same.
Pubs are closing at an increasing rate, they will only close faster if they decide to employ thugs to harass customers0 -

Just ignore all the letters.
Your case is no different, once a scam always a scam - whether they have pretty pics of your car or not, whether you previously actually thought appealing was a good idea or not, whether you feel you did something 'wrong' or not. Makes no odds, you owe nothing so ignore.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
